The Hoku by Laulima Metal Craft (Joshua Dawson and Mitch Lum) is a compact twisty (on and off) flashlight powered by a 10440 size 3.7V lithium ion battery (included). The Hoku features a copper or brass heat sink to which a FET driver and Nichia 219C 4000k single emitter are built.
The FET driver is programmable and delivers up to about 500 lumens. The Hoku with Reflectors focus the beam into a more tight spot and cast further while the Mule has a tremendous, near 180* spill create a very nice flood for illuminating a wider area.
These lights come in Copper, Brass and Titanium with Titanium clips that are either laser logo marked or laser embellished. Due to the compact size they make for a very sleek every carry.
