The handle is hand-dimpled and satin-finished stainless steel, designed to resemble bamboo, and features inlays of gold and black lip mother-of-pearl on both sides. The handle's spine is also inlaid with black lip pearl. It includes a pouch made from Japanese Kimono cloth.
